TSP staff provides a full set of asbestos abatement services for industrial and commercial industries. Our staff can work with a general contractor’s written project designs to quickly mobilize our licensed asbestos abatement team to begin work as soon as regulatory requirements have been satisfied. We also offer the services of our own certified asbestos inspectors for those clients lacking their own asbestos inspector to quickly identify asbestos types and quantities. Our certified asbestos inspectors have decades of experience throughout Michigan and the Midwest and can design a comprehensive remedy to abate their asbestos hazard.
We also offer emergency response services in the event of an inadvertent asbestos fiber release. Our asbestos professionals are highly skilled and knowledgeable and will complete your project on time and in accordance with regulations and within budget.

TSP offers lead-based paint abatement services to residential, commercial and industrial customer’s. Our team of experts are fully qualified and certified by the State of Michigan to perform lead abatement activities. TSP’s staff has decades of experience performing lead-based paint abatement and is fully versed in state-of-the-art methods for safely eliminating lead-based pain hazards from building components and fixtures.
TSP’s primary interest in any lead-based paint abatement effort is to ensure that all work is safely completed in the owner’s best interest. We recognize that there are some situations where abatement may be desirable but is either cost or time prohibitive. In these situations, TSP is prepared to offer alternative methods of eliminating lead-based paint hazards including demolition and restoration of painted surfaces or apply an EPA-approved encapsulate to fully and permanently encapsulate any lead. We also have staff trained and experienced in providing enclosure of lead hazards as an option, where viable.
